Our vineyard is located off Chalk Hill Road, nestled in the Alexander Valley in northern Sonoma County. It is 75 miles north of San Francisco and a short 20 minute drive from the heart of Healdsburg’s charming town square.
Our winemaker, Scott Petersen, is a seasoned winemaker with 25 years of experience working in California, South America and Europe. He graduated with a degree in Fermentation Science from the University of California, Davis and has been a winemaker at Villa Mt. Eden, Conn Creek, and Kendell-Jackson wineries. “I have traveled and made wines all over the world and I am fortunate that my home is close to the well-known Napa Valley and more importantly in the heart of Sonoma, the long hidden wonder and my very favorite place to make wines,” said Petersen.
We’re a small lot treasure, delivering a splendid sequence of intense fruit flavors and specializing in Cabernet Sauvignon. In 2006 we planted a small vineyard and manufactured our first wine in 2009. Since then, we have produced a collection of bold-yet-balanced Cabernet Sauvignon that captures the heart and soul of the Alexander Valley.
